It feels good to write

To allow creativity to have a home in me.

It feels good to be a safe haven 

For the quieter feelings

To have a voice

It feels good to know through action

That not everything has to be "productive" or "efficient"

And that life is not just one big hamster wheel

Where accumulating green paper 

To put under our pillows

Is the only thing that matters.
